EHSAN BINA SDN. BHD. was established on August 2nd, 1989. Led by a team of seasoned industry professionals, the company embarked on its journey with a humble beginning in the construction sector. Ehsan Bina takes tremendous pride in being awarded a Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score of 77 percent by CIDB in August 2015. We are also proud to be certified ISO 9001:2015 compliant company with Intertek Certification International under Project Management Services for Building Construction, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Works. Ehsan Bina is also a Grade 7 CIDB construction company that specialises in Building Construction, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Works. Since its inception, Ehsan Bina has successfully completed 44 projects totalling over RM1.4 billion in value.
After 3 decades of construction excellence, the Group embarked on its largest project to date, ForestHill Damansara, regarded as an urban oasis, which was rehabilitated from a former mining wasteland to a new green habitat in a prime location — Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. In June 2023, Ehsan Bina launched the second phase of ForestHill Residences, marking the milestone for passing of the baton from its founder Mr. Lai Choon Kong to the next generation.
